Yes — Pool Guyzz is licensed and insured, and we do licensed equipment repair for pumps, motors, and salt cells. We take reasonable care on every visit and document our work with photos and notes, so you always know exactly what was done.
Do you service both saltwater and chlorine pools?
Yes, we handle both saltwater and traditional chlorine pools. On saltwater systems we test your actual salt level and check the salt cell as part of service, so we only add salt when it's genuinely needed — no over-salting from a false low reading. Either way, we keep your chemistry balanced and your water swim-ready.
Do you offer one-time pool cleanings, or only recurring service?
Both. We offer one-time cleans if you just need a reset or a hand before an event, and recurring weekly full-service starting at $150/month with chemicals included. If your pool has gone green, a one-time green-to-clean (starting at $200) gets it swim-ready before regular service takes over.
How do you get into my backyard if the gate is locked or I have a dog?
Your tech lets himself in through the gate and always re-latches it on the way out, so all we need is a current gate code if yours changes.
